1. Age Requirement & Adult 18+ Acknowledgement

Rulxo is an adult-only platform strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the service. By accessing Rulxo, you affirm and warrant that you are 18 or older.

2. Community Standards & Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy

Rulxo is dedicated to respectful, spontaneous human interactions. You agree NOT to transmit, stream, or display:

• Illegal, predatory, or non-consensual content of any kind.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, stalking, or discriminatory abuse.
• Commercial spam, phishing links, cryptocurrency scams, or advertising.
• Non-consensual sharing of other individuals' private personal data (doxxing).

3. Strict Prohibition of Bots & Virtual Cam Loops

Broadcasting pre-recorded video files, fake loops, virtual webcam software (e.g. OBS Virtual Camera, ManyCam), automated skipping scripts, or headless crawler bots is strictly forbidden. Detection is imperfect. Operators can review reports and apply bans with an expiry or revoke them.

4. User Reporting & Network Exclusion

Users may report any violation instantly through the in-call Report button. An acknowledged report records your report and a private no-rematch preference. It does not guarantee a global ban. Operator-issued IP or device-signal bans are separate moderation actions.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Rulxo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You interact with strangers at your own discretion and risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rulxo disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising out of user-to-user interactions.
